Hey, does anyone know where I can get a joomla realty website? It doesnt need to be free, ill just charge double what I paid for it.. lol.
I hate joomla, but its much faster than making a custom CMS for one site.

I got into a debate about this with somebody else the other day... Is a realty site really anything more than a glorified gallery?
Couldn't you just go with any old cms... the real value in a real estate website would be interfacing with the supplier feeds... would it not?
Joomla essentially would add a significant amount of overhead to the project and you'd probably branch from the main distribution if you planned to do anything significant and that would potentially break compatibility with the security updates leaving your client in a position where their business could go under...
???

I am not trying to sell this idea...
Whatever... your a google search marketer... you signed up in NOV 2007 ( and have two posts ) and your posting your product wherever you can get the chance...
Don't even try to bullshit me....
Joomla sucks ***... your better off going straight to a realty service online... or better yet a software service which handles the security of your site for you so you don't have to deal with the nightmare that Joomla is...
Honestly... I'd tell a client to go with blogger hosting for their real estate listings before I recommended a third party Joomla plug-in...

I believe phpforfun is looking for a Joomla Template rather than a service.

Nice for you, personally i do not like Joomla also, but putting it away like you do is"nt very honest to the developers of joomla and to joomla as a system.
