I'm interested in plantation. I heard that playing music helps plants grow. Does playing music, talking help plants grow? Or, should we leave them alone?

I don't know the answer but you can test the theory by planting Plant A with Music, Plant B without Music (in separate room) and Plant C with recording of speaking.

Of course:

the Mythbusters team judged that the myth that talking to plants (and/or playing them music) was "plausible".

They did this on mythbusters and I think they did prove that they do grow faster with music but you would have to try it for yourself. It would be quite fun of an experiment I think.

Yeah, that would be a cool project to try out... maybe you should take your plant with you on weekends when you go to the discos :p
