Hi there,
I was wondering if anybody here knows of a ascii graphics library for C. What I need to do is draw simple shapes using ascii characters like lines and a large circle (I am developing a hard drive and disk management simulation for a course). I would like to have the shapes change based on input so I would like to get a library to do the drawing for me.
I would love to find something that will compile with GCC on both Windows and UNIX. Is there such a thing?
Thanks

EDIT: Ignore this, I thought it was something else. Never mind.
Does anyone know how these work? Do they use WinAPI or just find and call graphics drivers and stuff?
