Does anyone has any good links to websites offering free ebooks (on programming)?
Here is a link to the free "Art of Assembly language programming". Should be able to keep you busy for some time, since it's 1500 pages.
Art of Assembly Language Programming and HLA by Randall Hyde

But I was looking for "Art of computer programming" from Knuth, but any links to whatever programming ebooks are always interesting.

You can find a lot of e-books using BitTorrent. Find a tracker and a client, and start downloading. You must however keep in mind that many of the e-books are illegal, but you're also able to find legally free e-books.

what do you mean many e-books are illegal?

As for free e-books, I know there are some public libraries that provide e-books on their website. The one I'm using require you to have Adobe Digital Edition and there's a time limit on the number of days you "borrow" the ebooks before it expires.

The 'Thinking in x' series usually has free e-books available. Thinking in C++ and Thinking in Java being the obvious ones.
