Except with my paypal business account their transactions are insured to $5k USD.
BTW, I live in nigeria and want to give you part of my relatives wealthy forture, but it'll cost you $100 000 to pay the bank fees.

And why is that? I am 17, and have a CC (Visa) under my name and can use it for whatever...
What's the big deal with CC!?

I think in America you can't get your own CC until 18? I'm not sure though.

In canada its illegal to track the credit rating of someone below the age of majority - hence, you can't get a real credit card because it would be collecting personal information on a minor.
However, you can get those 'Prepaid' ones which war utterly useless...
