Hosting sites can prevent the server from being hacked but if you upload an insecure script there is nothing they can do to prevent it from being exploited.

Do you have a backup of the site? You should restore from backup if possible. Do you receive a permission denied error when you try to delete the file?

If you can give us a URL to a version of the site just before you got hacked, we can check it out for vulnerabilities.

delete the site and restore it from a backup. You do have recent backups don't you?

its not the hsting companys fault all they can do is make sure the servers are secure from hackers using software.
SQL Injection and all those things are in the hands of the webmaster.
You do have backups don't you???
Please, write clearly with proper structure. Double spacing makes the text feel un-jointed, Capitalizing Every Word Means People Stop Before Every Word Sub-Consciously Which Is A Pain In The Backside, and use code tags! (The right most styling box).

Maybe get rid of the site and restore it from the backup if you have one is the best way. In this way the damaged system can be deleted completely in case it restart and do another damage.
