I saw some of my friends at school that changed the Google logo from 'Google' to their name.
How can this be done?
Change Google Logo?

I think that there is a firefox add-on that lets you replace the way parts of a web page appear on your browser.
Other than that, there may also be a web page that just doese that with some sort of scrip or they may just have saved the page source code and manipulated it.
Ether way,its still a useless thing to do.

According to this: Developer's Guide - Themes - Google Code
I'm guessing it is something like Acheron stated above.
