It varies from host to host, but here is the answer from their FAQ

Quote

Q: What are your nameservers and how do I use them?
ns1.frihost.net and ns2.frihost.net for server 1. ns1.frih.net and ns2.frih.net for server 2. You only need them if you want to host your domain(s) with us. To do this, simply go to your domain registrar(where you registered the domain). Search for a page where you can enter nameservers for your new domain. Most of the time it is called "Nameserver setup", "DNS management" or "DNS registration".
After that, you will have to park that domain in cPanel (server 1) or add it as an additional domain (domain setup) in DirectAdmin (server 2).
After doing this and waiting for the domain to propagate on the internet, you will be able to use your brand new domain.

After that just install a blog script, like WordPress on your hosting... and you will have a blog :)

Um, Chinmoy, it's "Xav", not "XAV". It's not an acronym, it's my name. ;)

And if it was an acronym, I can't imagine what it would stand for.
