I have problems to extract frames from mp4.
I'd like extract frames to memory or hard disk in order to modify them before show them on the screen.
Could anyone help me how to do this ? I write by Visual C#

This question seems to crop up a lot. Try checking if any APIs are available for working with videos, as C# does not seem to provide classes for working with them.
