I have heard this. It comes from left-handed people often have to use their right hand more often which means they use BOTH sides of their brain more often. I've only read this so I can't verify anything nor have I ever seen any proof.

In high school I learned to write with both hands. I could, at one point, write a sentence with my right hand while writing the same sentence with my left hand backwards. Anyone can learn to be ambidextrous though, it just takes a little practice.

Now that is interesting, I tried a few times to do that but didn't do so well. lol
We watched this movie about this guy who could write with his feet so are teacher had us try to write with our opposite hand and it was a mess. Then he had us try to write with our mouth and that was just terrible.
