With all the confidence microsoft started the yahoo takeover bid being gone, MS has finally GIVEN UP, formally declared an end to the fruitless effort...

Well, MS tried that. The final bid rose from 44.6 billion to a sharp 50 billion in value..(MS offered some extra 300% revenue or something..)..but there was a but...
