I tryed sevral videos that i knew had worked previously and still no sound. I tried watching on my other computer and had the same problem. I then turned on music to see if somthing was wrong with the computer the music played so it is not my computer. I re-installed Flash player and still can't get sound. does any one know how i can fix this?

Well.. sorry.
But anyways, welcome :)
It's good to have sound back. Once that happened to me... got frustrated, but after sometime it came back. What windows are you using?

Yes - cross-compatibility is one of the most difficult challenges a programmer has to undertake - for example, if you use the .NET framework for writing programs, you can only use Windows. Unmanaged code should cope fine, however.
