People may be curious whether they'll get paid or not.

It's not really a question of whether or not we'll be paid... the real question is...
How many hundreds of pounds will be paid a week?

Since you are not paying I've moved this to the Buy/Sell/Trade. It sounds like you want to trade services. And yes, please post what benefits users who post their software on with your website. What percentage of the profit do you keep?

Now we have two opposite sites. I understand both of them. On the one site, people that want (or maybe don't want) to volunteer, are asking themselves, what do they actually get (today almost nothing is for free) and on the other site, the people that organize these things are searching for skilled people. Unfortunately, the truth is that you wont find a lot of people today that'll give you anything for "free".

Now many people however would interrupt and probably say that for example "free computer software" is "free". How many people of us are still that ethical, that we're actually really doing (developing) something for free? Probably not that many.

Ok think at it like this.

You join team

Program tools which will linkback to our site so our site gets shitloads of visitors and people see the new tools coming.
So i will basiclly sample alot coders on 1 place so ppl will come and then when you start coding **** that costs, you will get 90% and our site / crew will get like 10%,

Why should you loose 10%? Cause if this works out, our site will get huge = ur tool will get downloaded 1000x more times

So basiclly yer, its a "way" to prompt your new programs but by being in a team.
