Areet people
I havent visited the site in a while, but thought i best call on my fellow programmers to help me get a grip of VHDL.
first of all let me start by saying, im at uni, NEWI in Wrexham to be precise, if anyone has been they will know its a pile of shite, and there is no organization what so ever!
I have been told to do an assignment on VHDL, to which I have never used, or even really looked into before. Is there anyone out there who could shead some light on my problem.
Things that would be useful are "What is it?", "Where did it start out?", and is it easy to learn pretty fast??
Thanks
VHDL anyone?

Don't swear on the CodeCall forums. We're a happy, decent bunch, and we don't appreciate that sort of language. It might be a good idea to edit it out before one of the administrators finds out about it.

Doing a Google search of VHDL gave me a number of useful results, including a tutorial.

True, but that will not earn us posts.
Where is he swearing? Can't see any 'bad' words.

There. Consider adding the dreadful term to your list of censoring.

Well, some people seem to be that taught on "bad" words, that they don't see them anymore.
Like an angel without a sense of mercy.

Tut tut tut... tut (mir wirklich leid).
Sorry, I couldn't resist that one.
Well, if no-one else seems to mind, I'll just have to put up with it then. It's just I can't stand swearing, and if I overhear someone swear, I turn round and scream at them to be more polite. And then I get a black eye. And then I swear.
