Hi, can any one tell which skills should programmer have?

Really, there are only two basic skills:
1) The skill of giving precise instructions and breaking solutions to problems down to a very basic level.
2) Knowing the syntax of a language.
Of course, being a good problem solver is also extremely helpful.
Programming is a branch of mathematics.
