C Program Required Urgently, Sort out Paragraphs.

I need a program that will open the file swbtxt.txt, reads the text in and corrects it according to the following rules. the first letter in a sentence should be in capitals. a sentence ends with a full stop and these are included. A paragraph is shown by a newline character and this should be changed to two newlines so that the paragraphs are separated. any occurrence of the letter i on its own should be converted to capitals. all characters such as "(*£*"! should be completely removed, the only char£
acters allowed are uppercase and lowercase letters and the few punctuation symbols , and . numbers 0 to 9 are OK.
