Yes, I work as a web developer. I use C# and VB.NET mainly.

I also frequently use Java and then the less complicated languages like HTML, SQL, T-SQL, Php, and a few others.

T-SQL or Transact-SQL is an extension by Microsoft and Sybase for the SQL language.

Honestly, it doesn't differ much from SQL.. dates are a little different and there are a few other differences.
