Hi all, im key.

im currently doing computer science at AS level at winstanley college and were doin everything in visual basic 6.0

P.S. i found this forum from looking at the tutorials, so keep up the good work!! =]

So you are at a collage studying VB6.0??
I thought that VB6.0 was too old and was not being thought, because seems like some people want VB6.0 to finish... because there are many better languages now.

Yep, were studying VB6.0. I would of rather done a more advanced language but the teacher chose this one because he said its easier for beginners etc, plus he's retiring this year aswell. Have to wait and see what next year brings.

Even though Visual Basic 6, is old a lot of people still use it, and its really easy to learn :D
