Please advice me what might be the possible solution to my command?

pls consider with this 2 Table as ex.:

Tbl_Subscriber
Acct_Num Name DueDate Month
123456 Mhel 18 January 2008
133445 Marlon 19 February 2008
111222 Test 01 March 2008

Tbl_Arrears
Acct_Num Name Month
123456 Mhel January 2008


Explanation: I want to Insert those records from Tbl_Subscriber into Tbl_Arrears, but if the Tbl_Arrears has an existing record similar to Tbl_Subscriber, the record should be going to update or replace... Please help...thanks a lot.
