I have a question about a certain thing i want for my website. My website is for music promotion just for your information. What I would like to know is what do you call it when a website has the browser address like www artist411 com/yournamehere Also how much would something like this cost?

Welcome to CodeCall! That would be a directory on a server, not sure that it has a name. A subdomain would be yourname.domain.com.

Hello mr.swartz, Welcome to CodeCall. The artist411.com is a domain name, and the /yournamehere is a directory. Typically artist411.com cost about $10 a year, and hosting is fairly cheep too. toastedpenguin.com - Home is a great host if you are looking for one.
