Old PHP programer

Hey Guys, so I havent coded in a long time, maybe a year and a half, I know PHP and HTML and some Java, I can work Apache pretty well, I am using Apache2triad though, much easier.

I just got back into coding, I would like to learn MySQL, right now im just using .var files with variables in them in a folder thats protected.

I heard from a user on this forum that you guys are pretty cool, so I thought id join, I am in a forum for just about everything except code, so I thought id join a code forum :P.

The reason I got out of it was 1>my PC broke, and 2> I got a car..

So I got into cars alot, and working on them, and forgot about PHP, then my girlfriends mom is making a website for her school, and she asked me for help, her server accepted PHP and she didnt know, I showed her a few basic things, and I remembered how much I liked it.

So now I got a new PC, getting a better ISP, im my own server, and im going to learn MySQL when I can.

After I helped her mom, she showed me a job that pays $40k a year for PHP. So I sent in my resume, and got into coding again.

Its pretty fun, the only thing that sucks now is... I have no website to code, before I was into airsoft, so I made airsoft websites. Now I dont.

Seriously, I know I'm weird and different, but I LIKE to spend my time with my girl. She appreciates it. She's happy. Please, stop giving me ****....... I like you guys. I do. BUT, I actually enjoy spending my time with my family. I am my own man. Ya know?? Why can't I just be me? And not conform to society's definition of a man. I honestly like you guys. Don't get offended.
