I have three databases that are used daily on my one production floor. one was built in access 95, the other two in access 97. we need to upgrade all computers to office 03 in order to implement our exchange 07 server. One option is to keep all access 2000 and upgrade the rest of office to 03 (which we've done with most users), the other is to bring everyone out of the stone age and upgrade to all office 03, and upgrade the databases...
Now....my problem....how to i upgrade/update the old databases without completely crashing them? Is this an easy process or delicate? There's no sense in having to pay for an Office 2000 and Office 2003 license if we can get rid of all 2000.
any advise or recommendations on how to do this with the least amount of pain is greatly appreciated. Also, is this even possible? if it's going to be easier and quicker, i'll just create new databases.
I haven't done any research into the possibilities of this yet, so i'm very sorry if there's an obvious answer out there and i haven't found it yet.
Thank you all!

You can use the MS conversion kit:

No experience with it though.
