Hello.

I am trying to fill out a Microsoft Recruitment Questionaire and there is this question I just don't understand. The Questionaire is about Programming Skills and Experience.

May be is something very simple and I am getting confused for nothing, the problem is I'm not a native english speaker.

The question is:

"Have you shipped a commercial or internal product?"

Could you please explain me what does "shipped" means in this sentence? I have a couple of posibilities.

Thank you VERY much.

Sonia.

It's asking if you have produced a product that went into production/got used by a company (either as a sold product or as in-house software)
Programming is a branch of mathematics.

Does it mean that you have produced/manufactured it or just that you sell goods and have sent one overseas?

I believe the implication is that you have produced it.
