I'm sort of new here, I've been using the forums to help me at work for over a month, but have just now decided to register so I could post also. I'm an IT Analyst, which means, if it's IT and it breaks, it's my fault. There are two of us for over 150 machines and 250 users. We never have a dull moment. I've read many-a-forums here and have found a lot of helpful information to help me at work, so to all that have posted and saved my behind at work...THANK YOU!!!:D

Hey Xantara, welcome to CodeCall. I know how you feel working in IT. Prior to my current job I was the Helpdesk Guy and Network assistant. Everything was my fault..... If we can help in any way don't hesitate to ask.

Ok, I'm also confused. What exactly is a "Sticky" post and why is it different than a normal post? I've tried to do a search on this, i figured it was written somewhere, but can't seem to find anything on it, or i'm just not searching in the right spot.....help?!?
Xantara...

A "Sticky" thread is "stuck" at the top, before all normal threads. That is the only difference.

Hi Xantara, welcome aboard!

I was a teacher at a public high school in a LARGE school district a couple years ago, and they only had 2 IT people to maintain everything. It sounds similar to your situation: crazy at best. I hope your users are better than my fellow teachers were.
