Hey people,

I thought I'd introduce myself too.

I am 31 one years old at the moment and work with scientific work within the IT domain. I am Norwegian by origin, but current residence is on the Netherlands.

I have tried and worked with several CMS tools before, but the last two years I have been a strong supporter of Joomla. I ahve built several sites, including my own website, using this framework.

I also play for a dutch amateur footbal club and as part of my commitment to the club I also have developed and run their webpages. It's an international club, so we have members from more than 30 nationalities currently and have 7 full squads of players including a ladies team. This website, naturally, requires a lot more from me in terms of stability and functionality and for that reason I am also here. Some of the development done as part of codecall is great and I hope to get some support on making them work efficiently. I do also have some coding background myself, but for once, it is a long time ago, and secondly, it's not really in the web development domain (C++, java etc). But, when time permits I hope to get to put some more time into and maybe develop some stuff for joomla myself. There are a few ideas I have where I have not really found good solutions in the currently available extensions lists.

In any way, I hope to get to know you guys and feel free to ask me for help or input too. I can't promise I can help, but who knows :-)
