Seeking some Quick Launch software. Sorry if I shouldn't ask here, but I couldn't find any better place, and forums on sites like Tucows or download.com don't work, at least for me.
About what I'm looking for. I would like something, that when I hold some hotkey (for example `) menu is displayed which looks more or less Like Here, the one on the right, but always expanded. And when i release the hotkey, it automatically disappears.
I've spent half of the day to find such a thing and I'm not able to program it myself (Not with either Blitzmax or GM).

Doesn't the Aston Shell allow you to define a hot key for that sidebar?

But I don't want to use Aston Shell, because it is slow as hell. Besides it is not free. And I don't think it allows, but I might not remember well.

Never used Vista, but I think that the answer would be Yes.
The hotkey because I have tendency to do quick mouse moves and hit the border a lot, which activates possible sidebars.
