I have a program that runs on WM 2003 SE and it works on my PDA but I want to run it on my PC, therefore I need an emulator but I can't find one! The only emulators I found were for the WM 5.0 not for the 2003 SE.. anyone has a download link please?

You'd need more than just a CPU emulator. You'd also need the OS and the platform would need to have the correct emulated hardware.

Lol I just need an emulator software that emulates the PPC.. I did find some but they are not for the 2003 SE.

If I remember correctly the Visual Studio installs one.. I was browsing through those files and I found one, I am not sure exactly where it was located though...
