I am trying to learn VB so that i can program a CNC machine. I am in the process of learning VB and was wondering how i would make a VB program to do that because i have never done anything like this befor. Any help that i cna get would be very appreciated.

Umm well sorry to bring up an old topic but just as a fair warning, Visual Basic isn't really a powerful language so to speak. If your trying to make something intense you should stick with perl or C++
Visual Basic is an extremely useful language but has it's limits, like any other. Except VB's are a bit worse. Nonetheless for something like that I would use C++
But if your still trying to learn visual basic theres an extremely good free online course. Seriously you could have a good bit of VB under your belt in less than an hour Here
