My wife loves Judge Judy. I'm glad to see scammers getting what they deserve. This is right up there with the xBox 360 "Box" that was posted on here a while back.

Right when the xBox 360s came out someone made an ebay auction for just the box. He clearly stated it was just a box but the way he worded it made it sound like an actual xBox 360.

Wow.. but if you see that guy's feedback it is great! he just uses tricky words.. lol. I would still define him as scammer!

Can't belive the arrogance of that lassie, unbelievable, good to see the judge stickin it to em.

Yea gotta be careful with ebay scammers. I sold my old ipod & the winner was someone from Nigeria. They told me they paid already by paypal but paypal was holding the money until I provide the tracking number of the parcel then it would be released to me. I saw no record of this & got paypal to confirm that it wasnt true. They then started sending me emails saying how ebay is cracking down on scammers (implying I was a scammer for not sending the item) & the FBI & the CIA will start to investigate. The funny part is these email (which tried to look official) were in broken English that could barely string a sentence together. How dumb do they think we are?:rolleyes: I had this user banned.

Wow, so they wasted the money you spent putting it on ebay or are you allowed to sell to the next highest bidder? Its good to hear that you got the best of them.

Well my dad sold an item on eBay, and the buyer has not paid yet... now he reported him. Hope the buyer gets what he deserves!

I sent the second chance offer but they didnt go for it. Didnt matter tho I relisted & still got a good price.
