I have a idea for a program for a site I will be putting together.

The program will need to be made from scratch and has a lot of specific function that it will need to do. I want to keep it hidden untill released to the public. This could possibly be a big money maker for whoever can do this.

I will first need to know about how much the initial program will cost, if its even possible, and would need the programmer available to do upgrades and monitor its progress once released. This will be a long term project, and as said, could mean big money as it goes along. But, if the program does not do well, I will pay you for your time.
