why do i gain weight around the back of my hips. I am under weight by a few pounds and the rest of my body looks skinny except my hips where all my fat is stored! does anyone know why i might gain it there?
could it be to do with what i am eating!
or maybe the time i eat..i eat more often at night and then sleep could that be a reason to why it is beeing stored there and no where else!
Thank you for your time:(:irritated::compress:

Weight gain, and fat distribution are unique to each person.
The fact that you gain weight at the back of your hips is your unique metabolism. You can work with it, to shift the weight around a bit.
I suggest some of the excelent products from BeachBody.

Seems strange, but it depends from your metabolism. You could do some training in there, and perhaps transform that fat into muscles.

I've never had to worry about weight, at least not losing it.
