As for the first one, there are viruses for Linux (although far less than for Windows).
As for the second, that just means that the school computer has the malware on it, meaning that you or another student will be affected by it (perhaps getting your data stolen).
As for the last one, if you have such an old browser, you probably also have an old operating system too, which will have security holes in it that were never fixed.
