Hi!

I am student at Hyper Island in Stockholm, Sweden. Right now we're in a project called Concept & Development.

We want to build a similar application as ShiftSpace combined with Stixy. Another function we want to add, which is somewhat the link between these functions, is some kind of chat channel where you can add/invite friends to a contact list. We want it to be a strictly webbased service and not a plug-in to your browser.

The thing is that we have very little knowledge about programming so we have no idea IF and HOW this is possible. So my questions to all of you in this forum is: If it is possible, how hard may it be to develop and which programming language will be required to achieve our goal? Time estimation?

We would really appreciate if someone took the time to help us!
