hi
I have made web site and running on the internet.When i read articles
on the hacking of web sites . I get worry about my web site because
i have spent money on the web site. I don't understand why people hacks the web sites.I didn't understand any specific reason.
I discussed problem on forums and feel free to some extent. Any software which protects web sites from hacking. I wanna know.
Any idea?

You can do several things to help limit what attackers can do. Some examples include:

Add a firewall to your server
Enabled logwatch and monitor every day
Enabled a login banning software like LSF which bans IPs with to many connection failures
Enabled phpSuExec
