I have heard that Windows Vista provides inbuilt security features. Please clear me with what type of secutiry is being provided by Vista which makes it a better operating system than others.

I found this Windows Vista Security and Data Protection Improvements.
For the average home user, the added security may be a good thing, but for tech savvy users or computers on a secured network it is a little too much.
