Are there any different versions of Windows Vista like windows have ex. Windows 98, ME etc?? Also if there is any then please mention which one is the best for the use and its advantage over other ??

I think you've got this wrong. Windows Vista is also just a version of the operating system, Windows. Like all the other Windows-versions, Windows Vista has some sub-versions too.

Windows Vista Home Basic
Windows Vista Home Premium
Windows Vista Business
Windows Vista Ultimate

It's like saying Windows XP Home and Windows XP Pro.. same OS with some different things.
