I am very new to programming, I learned the basics of both C++ and C# and now have a lot of time on my hands. I liked C# more then I did C++ (in my option it was better organized, at least to me.) and I am hoping to get into a career in simulations, but honestly I wouldn't mind anything really.
What I want to know is what language I should focus on?
I need some advice.

Definitely C#.
If you think it's the best language for you, and it's fits you just right, I think you should choose it. It's not fun to program in a language that you don't like (though you need to sometimes. Maybe through your job) I think both of the languages will be good in making simulations.
