I am just beginning my development career having just graduated from college. I have just joined a small multimedia company, and have been asked to design and implement a large scale, high performance web and mobile application, with a team consisting of 2 other coders. We have fairly advanced programming skills but I have never attempted something at this scale. Any suggestions for approaches to planning and technologies to consider?
