Joomla! and WordPress are both excellent CMS solutions.

Check out Joomla! ( And then download ionFiles ;) )

It has a huge client base and is easily expandable.
WordPress isn't a real CMS, its more just a blog engine.

I've worked on Wordpress and joomla.
I think wordpress is the best CMS.
