Earlier today we did a search on Google using this symbol. It reversed all of the words. It appears that google has already fixed it though.

If you past this symbol and then start typing all of your text will be backwards.

I just spent like ten minutes playing around with that character on Google. ҉ this is a very interesting character, it just looks cool.
