Well I have a proxy that a fair amount of people enter everyday and I have just some adsense and just earned a few cents with just 8 clicks. Any ideas? Thanks.

From what I have read adsense seems to work well on proxy sites. You could try bidvertiser but their payout is a lot lower than adsense IMO.

Well adsense is not the problem, the problem is that the users are not clicking enough! The ratio users:clicks is too low!!

Well, proxy sites does not have more contest so hard to monetize the site. You can just place the big adsense blocks so does everyone.

Submit your site to proxy topsites and wait for traffics.
Clicks will be made. Just work hard on getting traffics.

Have you tried using image ads?
I've seen that image ads do not use "ads by google" tags under the image. May be it helps to get some clicks.

Yes, but Image banners are not always shown, it's just random. But yes I enabled them.

With many visitors you could sell banner impressions which could bring you a lot of money.
