How about adding the feature for a mirrorfile. IonFIles wil randomly flip between the main download url and the mirrorfile. this to lighten the load on both servers. (mabey even add 2 mirror-files)

Very nice feature request! I will add it in a future release but it will probably be a simple random algorithm. I'm guessing you mean (when you setup a file) there be more URL options:

File URL 1
File URL 2
File URL 3
etc.

Then the algorithm randomly selects between the URLs.

This is a great idea, small sites with low bandwith and large sites with huge files can both benifit from this.
