Hi there.
I hardly know anything about servers or proxy's or anything.
But I'm looking for a proxy that's on-line 24/7, static ip. I'll even pay for it, not too much since I heard it doesn't supposed to cost much.
I heard if you rent a server you can set it so that people can use it as a proxy.
It's for personal use only and no hacks or anything lol.
I really need it badly so if anyone could help me, thanks!

I just use things like this Browse Using a Proxy : Technical Tips : eConsultant
I setup my firefox to connect through a proxy the other day, [tried about 20 proxy's] and I couldn't stand the speed.

There are a ton of lists on the internet. What type of proxy do you need, HTTP, socks 4/5?

I need a HTTP proxy which is on line minimum 24 hours :O And timeout of "5". I don't know what that means but I need it, my friend told me :P
Everytime I look for proxys on the internet they don't work or they work for like 5 minutes etc :(

? Don't think so 8|
Just need 1 proxy which is only 24/7 for personal use.
Or more proxy's that are on line for at least 1 day. But then I'll need a new one each day

Try this list: Proxy Lists.
It has a ton of port 80 proxies on it. I've used some of them before. Are you willing to pay for a proxy because this is about the only way I know how to get one that does not go away.
