Hi everyone.
I am an Italian newbie, VBA programmer (medium.low level), but now I'm involved in a software which I can't figure out...
Please let me explain what I have to work on, and let's see if it is possible and, with you help, how will I do that.
I need a 'mapping' software for a standard PC keyboard.
What I need is a software which can assign a key combination to a single key press.
For example :

Q (pressed) ---> H4 (written)
B (pressed) ---> BV (written)
M (pressed) ---> A= (written).

Other need is that the layout and its functions must be in each software I use, don't mind what it is. I mean, when I work in Photoshop and the software is running, if I press Q it writes down H4 ... as it should do on Word, Notepad, Excel or any other software.

Other need should be the chance to SAVE in a single file the configuration file, so that each layout I need to create can be saved and re-used.

I really don't know how to begin programming this software, and I really do appreciate any hint or help ... or code you will kindly send me or tell me about.
