Sometimes I see my anti spyware popping up with a funny name like 'Not-A-Virus.bla bla bla"... is that still malware or what? Sometimes I'm confused (although I still press clean...)

Actually I'm not sure.
But if you want to check it, then next time you get the whole name, try look it up, f.ex. using Google, and see what other websites and/or peoples says.
