Hi, I'm looking for talents in different fields.

First, I am Albert Kim, A Kor/Jap Liceced professional ( My skill isn't used to be.. )
My talents in Japnese Art/Animation drawing ( Anime related drawings )
I worked for Japnese companies like Kyoto animation Key, Leaf and Navel
But as time passed I wanted to start one on my own.

Therefore,

I'm trying to create a small company or (Group).

So those who are serious and determined to make financial benefit out of computer graphics, animation, and game design.

At first we are going to start small. (As Community based) As we recieve profits,
we'll slowly expand and legalize the company.

I'm looking for those who:
-Are over 16.
-Have some experience in your expertise.

I will be placing more weight applications on those who:
-have any professional licenses. (I happen to have Korean and Japanese licenses for Animation and CG)
-are in college.
-have enough time to dedicate to the company.

I'd like to ask those who send in their applications to give a sample of their work depending on which field they're applying for.
(Do put big Copyright signs so i can't take your artwork.)

We're looking for those who are capable in:

Animation : Mastering a program is mandatory as well as having knowledge of animation facts, keys and basic motion phenomona

Audio : Must be capable of creating their own music as well as sound effects.

CG : My type is Jap/Korean type of drawing , Creation of T-Shirts, Banners, grafic parts of games and interfaces

Programming : those Who can program games or any System based products.

Web Design: We are asking for people that are "better" than just simply using Dreamweaver or BBedit to make a "cookie-cutter" site.

Voice-Actors : Not determined yet, but we will need voices at some point. I ask that voice actors synch any animation with their own voice. (Anime is fine)
