Haha, microsoft. And I say.. how the hell do they always manage to make a disaster out of a simple application? :D

You would think they would correct all of the CSS parsing errors in their latest version but this is Microshaft. I used IE7 Beta 1 and 2 and then the Final release. I thought the final release would fix a lot of issues with Beta 1 and 2 but it was just as bad. I prefer FF anyway.

The article was written in July 29, 2005. I have Pidgin (formerly GAIM) and IE7 on my system, and they work fine together.

They have renamed GAIM? I'm still using GAIM Beta 2.

haha so there you go.. downloading pidgen! Right? Lol
Anyways.. I use FireFox, but crashes a lot (I don't know why) and back in time when I used IE6, IE7 beta.. I had tons of spyware installed!! So either way IE is always bad.. even if they fix all the bugs it is not so secure.

Yeah sometimes I use IE and it crashes and I do not like how it does that.

GAIM was renamed Pidgin as part of a trademark settlement with AOL.

I've been wanting to get GAIM but I couldn't. I had no idea they renamed it, but I think Pidgin sounds better than GAIM.

That's why it's been in beta for ages when they wanted to release. They actually probably would have won the court case if it come to it but it would cost them money and Pidgin is more appropriate in any case.
