If you are selling your site you may want to get an estimate first. I found this link on another forum that I visit but it is a very handy link:

dnScoop - Domain Name Value, History, Stats Tool and Forums

It estimate what your site is worth. CodeCall is very close to $18,000.

I think this site is somewhat of a SEO scam, that leads you to other sites, etc. Also, I currently have a PR3, and it showed me at PR0. Neat site, but I would not put a lot of faith in the info it gives...

Yeah v0id, I have the same problem with one of my sites. It's pretty odd considering it's nearing forty thousand users and has been around for about four years...
