My website got crawled by 'ia_archiver' it's an Alexa.com bot. I didn't submit it to them to be crawled, but anyways it's no harm.. Is this a good sign or not? But still alexa is not showing up my website with stats and so...

Good sign! It means Alexa found your site by some other means than manual submission so you must have back links.
