If I post my link with my anchor text on a website, but the website has no-follow so the bot will not crawl it, will that link still help for my SEO and is still counted as a backlink?

I think it's not counted as a backlink if the website has no-follow.
But people will still be able to see your link and follow it themselves, especially if it's on a high-traffic website.

Did you trade links with someone and they added the no-follow?

No I didn't trade links with someone, I posted a comment on a blog and it asked for my website, so i gave him my website..then while using SEO Elite I saw that it was no-follow, so I was wondering if it would still count or not.
